ALAN STEVEN WOLF heads the Mortgage
Banking Servicing Division of Wolf &
Richards. He helped found the U.S. Foreclosure
Network ("USFN"), is a member of the USFN Board of Directors, serves
as Chairman of the USFN Bankruptcy Committee, was chosen as USFN Committee
Chairperson Of the Year for 1990, and conceived and developed the USFN
Connection, an on-line computer service dedicated to the Mortgage Banking
Industry.
Mr. Wolf lectures extensively throughout the country on various loan servicing and mortgage banking issues. Mr. Wolf has attended all recent MBA National Servicing Conferences and has served as a panelist at the 1994 Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) National Servicing Conference, 1993 MBA Multifamily Servicing & Asset Management Conference, and the 1992 MBA National Servicing Conference. Mr. Wolf has participated in the MBA School of Mortgage Banking, and is a candidate for the degree of Certified Mortgage Banker.

Mr. Wolf is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the California Mortgage Bankers Association (1994-95 Chairperson and 1995-96 Cochair of the Legal Services Committee), the American Bankruptcy Institute, the California Trustees Association, the College of Mortgage Attorneys, and is featured in Marquis' Who's Who in American Law. Mr. Wolf is a 1977 cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and a 1980 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Wolf has achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating.

DANIEL
FUJIMOTO is a 1987 graduate from the University
of California, Irvine and a 1991 graduate of the University of California,
Davis School of Law. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association
and the Bankruptcy Forum. Mr. Fujimoto is admitted to practice before the
United States District and Bankruptcy Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern
and Central Districts of California. He specializes in bankruptcy litigation
and the rights of secured creditors.
