Instructions
You can search for prospective employees by their stated desired position and/or by the keywords they put in their resumes. For example, to search for all prospective employees who desire a position in the loan servicing, loss mitigation area, simply choose that category from the picklist and leave the keywords blank. If you are looking for someone who desires a position in loan servicing, loss mitigation and that knows the special loss mitigation rules for Freddie Mac and HUD (wouldn't that be nice), choose the category Loan Servicing/Loss Mitigation and search for the keywords "Freddie and HUD" without the quotes. This should find you all resumes referencing that special skill.
Note that the keyword search employs what is commonly known as the "boolean" method. For example, under this method you can search for resumes containing reference to both bankruptcy and foreclosure experience by entering the keywords "bankruptcy, foreclosure" without the quotes. In short, the "," serves as the word "and" in the search.
Your search results in a page referencing the resume of each person that matches your search criteria. If you are interested in a prospective employee, you can send an e-mail to the prospective employee by choosing the "Contact prospective employee via e-mail" link after the resume. This choice will bring up a form e-mail message that will allow you to enter certain information about you, your company and the job which is then e-mailed to the prospective employee. The prospective employee can then choose whether or not to respond to your e-mail.
